These are all taken with my APS (advanced photo system) camera and expired film. They're a little dark, but that's the beauty of film, especially expired film.
These first two images have an element of mid-winter about them, but were taken on midsummer's day - my Mum's birthday, which says rather a lot about the summer we've had!

I love light leaks - they are my favourite thing about film photography.
note: I am wearing a wooly hat, in the middle of July. yes, it's hand knitted - of course!
Hard Rock Calling!
I have heaps more to share - and two rolls still to develop - a downside of APS film is it's rather pricey to get processed, but hey, small luxuries and all that! I have taken a lot of film photos this summer - I really need to get an album to put them all in. Or maybe I should dig out my scrapbook supplies and make some layouts... What do you do with your photos?
